Why does delivery take 9–11 weeks?
Every chandelier in our collection is individually handcrafted to your order. We do not hold stock. This is intentional — it means every piece arrives in perfect condition in its original production packaging, exactly as it left the atelier.
Is my chandelier UKCA certified?
Yes. All electrical components carry full UKCA certification.
What does DDP delivery mean?
DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. All import duties, taxes, and customs charges are included in the price you see at checkout. There is nothing additional to pay on arrival. What you see is what you pay, delivered to your door.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive tracking details when your chandelier ships from our production facility.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union mainland (24 countries), and the United Arab Emirates. All destinations are DDP — duties, taxes, and customs charges included. For the full country list and exclusions, see our Delivery & Returns page.
Do you offer installation?
We recommend installation by a qualified electrician given the size and weight of each piece. If you would like us to recommend a local installer, please get in touch at info@thechandelierhouse.com and we will do our best to assist.
What if my chandelier arrives damaged?
Please contact us at info@thechandelierhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Can I see the chandeliers before I order?
We do not currently operate a showroom. If you would like to discuss any piece in detail before ordering — sizing for your room, finish details, or anything else — please email info@thechandelierhouse.com and we will be happy to arrange a call.
