Returns and cancellations

 

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their chandelier. To exercise this right, contact us at info@thechandelierhouse.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost, and the item must be returned in its original wooden frame and in unused condition.

 

Because each chandelier is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or defective items

 

If your chandelier arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email info@thechandelierhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Two-year guarantee

 

All chandeliers come with a two-year manufacturer's guarantee covering manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, contact info@thechandelierhouse.com with proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.

 

Refunds

 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm approval.
