Shipping policy

Delivery

The Chandelier House delivers free DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union mainland, and the United Arab Emirates. All customs duties, VAT at border, and last-mile delivery are included in the product price. There are no customs charges or additional fees to pay on delivery.

Lead time

Each chandelier is handcrafted to order. Production and shipping typically takes 9 to 11 weeks from order confirmation to delivery at your door. We keep you updated at each stage: production complete, dispatched from atelier, in transit, and out for final delivery.

Receiving your order

Our chandeliers are heavy (16 to 42kg depending on the piece) and arrive in protective wooden frames. We recommend two adults are present at delivery to receive the package. Professional electrical installation is recommended given the size, weight, and value of each piece.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details as soon as your chandelier ships from our production facility.
